Return and Refund Policy for Cherry Blue
At Cherry Blue, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
For hygienic reasons, certain items (such as opened skincare, cosmetics, and other beauty products) may not be eligible for return.
Process for Returning Items
1. Contact Us: Email us at orders@cherry-blue.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if the item is damaged or defective.
2. Return Authorisation: We will review your request and send you instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not send your item back until you receive these instructions.
3. Shipping Your Return: After receiving our authorisation, package the item securely and send it to the address we provide. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Full Refunds: Issued for returned items that meet our return policy criteria.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned with signs of use or without the original packaging, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant (such as size or color), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will help you arrange the exchange if the desired item is available. Return shipping fees may apply for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us at orders@cherry-blue.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened skincare or cosmetic products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider, as there may be a processing delay.
